About the SAJE Vital Signs Dental Compliance Program

SAJE VITAL SIGNS has a long-standing relationship with Dental Practices throughout Ontario. Our qualified staff instruct more than 300 CPR, First Aid, WHMIS and Dental Emergency Response courses every year.

As SAJE’s relationship with dental practices evolved, we received repeated requests from dental staff that wished to ensure they were adhering to all provincial and dental requirements. SAJE VITAL SIGNS created what is now known as the SAJE Vital Signs Dental Compliance Program.

Paul and his team help protect dental staff from regulatory, civil, and sometimes criminal repercussions by visiting dental, orthodontist, and hygienist offices to complete our industry-acclaimed COMPREHENSIVE DENTAL COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST. This checklist addresses all requirements set out by the Occupational Health & Safety Act, WSIB’s Regulation 1101, and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario’s Standard of Practice.

After our visit, our clients are provided with a “report card” detailing their offices’ present level of compliance, strengths, and areas for improvement. We also provide a customized order form which allows dental staff to choose any and all required personalized documents and products that they would like SAJE to acquire on their behalf and deliver to their office.

SAJE’s Dental Compliance Program also offers the opportunity for dental practices to further exercise due diligence by enrolling in our recommended courses: EMERGENCY OXYGEN THERAPY, EMERGENCY MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION and EMERGENCY MEDICAL SCENARIOS.

Dental practices that complete SAJE’S Comprehensive Dental Compliance Checklist in addition to completing all recommended trainings will receive SAJE Vital Signs’ GOLD CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. This certificate can be prominently displayed in dental offices to provide patients with peace of mind in knowing that their dentist and his or her staff are compliant with health and safety requirements as well as proficient in emergency procedures.
