Returns and Refund Policy

  • Special Order items and Dangerous Goods shipments including AED units and/or batteries are not eligible for return.
  • PPE or active treatments such as Naloxone/Narcan, EpiPens, or similar over-the-counter therapies and drugs are not eligible for return.
  • Please call us or complete the RMA Request Form to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning any merchandise.
  • Please clearly write your RMA number on the shipping label of returned items. Items returned to us without an RMA will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • You may receive a refund or credit on most other items within 15 days of delivery
    • Excluding Special Order items.
    • Excluding items marked as ‘nearly new’ condition
    • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
    • All returned items must be in new condition.
  • Oversized, overweight, and Cabinet items will incur a 15% restocking fee except in the case of SAJE Vital Signs’s shipping error.
  • Returns initiated beyond 15 days may not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be received less than 45 days after their shipment date. Coupon Codes must be used at time of purchase. No refunds or credit will be applied to orders after order confirmation.
  • Refunds processed from orders will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we highly recommend that you ship returned items safely using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. SAJE Vital Signs is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
  • Items not purchased from SAJE Vital Signs may not be returned to SAJE Vital Signs.
  • Final acceptance of returned goods is subject to examination by SAJE Vital Signs and the manufacturer.
  • SAJE Vital Signs will notify the customer with reasonable promptness if a decision has been made not to issue credit.
    • Any refund issued will be less any and all applicable freight charges except in the case of SAJE Vital Signs’s shipping error.

  • Any discrepancy must be reported within 15 days of order delivery per tracking.
